Jesus commands his disciples to baptize all nations in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, and to teach them to observe his commandments. The sacraments are not enough without proper teaching and preparation. The Blessed Mother is an example of one who kept and guarded Jesus’s word. The Holy Spirit is the one who teaches and reminds us of Jesus’s teachings, and writes the law of God on our hearts. Keeping God’s word means protecting and guarding it from the evil one.
